Please note: The BLACKROLL MED is not suitable for balance exercises (standing on the roll). Use only up to 75 kg body weight. If bodyweight is higher, please use 2 BLACKROLL MINI's to enforce the roll, placing them into the BLACKROLL MED or go for a more dense BLACKROLL STANDARD.
