In case of having chronic symptoms, it is recommended to use the balsem 3 times a day. It can be applied indefinitely, depending on the intensity of the pain.

When not to use the F.I.T. Sportbalsem

If using another product with ingredients such as corticosteroids or other stimulants, it is recommended not to combine it with this F.I.T. balm. Please consult the doctor in this case if using the F.I.T. Sportbalsem is allowed. It is effective only in the places where it is applied.
